Personally I think shes the angel devil or something along the lines of that while “fakesaw man” might be the fear of chainsaw man (as a concept) or the fear of some type of other chainsaw
I think fakesaw man is the justice devil or someone who took a contract with the justice devil before taking on the shape of chainsaw man. Earlier in the series chainsawman was praised as the deliverer of justice, but maybe I could be entirely wrong
she can’t be the angel devil because that’s not how his powers worked, he would drain people’s lifespan and convert it into weapons, not heal, and we know the powers don’t change because Nayuta’s powers worked the same as Makima’s, though one thing that was consistent before, was the eyes, the eyes are always the same, though I may be grasping at straws here cause I may be remembering wrong, but I’m pretty sure she has the same eyes as power, so she might be the blood fiend considering it looked like all the liquid from his body was drained so she could heal (again I’m reaching with this one, I’m just in power withdrawals after almost over 100 chapters without her)
