In theory Pochita’s and Denji’s stomach are different, no? Denji does not have the ability to erase devils when he eats them so it wouldn’t make sense for him to be able to vomit devils Pochita ate

Even if a demon with certain name is erased by chainsaw and its existence seems gone, it can be reborn. Just like nose that disappeared can be re-evolved. But things like light, heat, the universe, or darkness—those are probably too fundamental, and the demons bearing those names are too powerful to be erased. Even if erased, they would likely reappear instantly.
